Programs
Promote dynamic programs that are proactive to the needs of the community.

Marketing
Engage with the community to be champions for our mission and to inspire others to partner with us.

Membership
Drive membership growth and retention through innovative solutions.

Sustainability
Improve and sustain our finances, fundraising, and our facility, equipment, and building services to support the membership and the community we serve.

Partnerships and Collaborations
Increase partnerships and collaborations with other organizations that support and enhance the work of Assistance League of Las Vegas.

Goal 1- Programs

Strategy One: Create dynamic relationships that expand and highlight our programs.
Strategy Two: Be responsive nonprofit leaders in the community.
Strategy Three: Provide robust programs that respond to community needs in real time.
Strategy Four: Develop a leadership succession plan that ensures multiple people are trained and qualified.

Goal 2- Marketing

Strategy One: Research and embrace local opportunities to engage and interact with the public about Assistance League of Las Vegas.
Strategy Two: Enhance our public profile by increasing our visibility within the community through marketing, advertising, social media and media outlets.
Strategy Three: Create a member campaign that increases membership numbers and engages and supports committed members.
Strategy Four: Encourage engagement within the community to increase awareness and membership.

Goal 3- Membership

Strategy One: Reimagine our membership to be more inclusive and responsive to members and to member growth.
Strategy Two: Create new ways to engage membership participation within the organization.
Strategy Three: Commit to a membership culture that fosters diversity, equality and inclusion.
Strategy Four: Create an environment that people want to be a part of.
Strategy Five: Embrace and support a mentor training program.

Goal 4- Sustainability

Strategy One: Maintain facility in optimal condition while being cost-effective and environmentally responsible.
Strategy Two: Implement innovative business solutions.
Strategy Three: Improve and diversify fundraising avenues.
Strategy Four: Maintain prudent resource management. Mitigate and manage risk, including personal/property/liability, investment, and internal control.
Strategy Five: Adapt innovative technology that supports the membership and organizational needs.

Goal 5- Partnerships and Collaborations

Strategy One: Support other organizations that offer similar and complimentary services within our community.
Strategy Two: Fund partnerships as part of our budget process.
Strategy Three: Engage with other organizations with similar interests to promote a greater community impact.
Strategy Four: Increase fundraising efforts that support and engage participation and continuity with our community partners.
